BEFORE STARTING COACHING

•  Read and sign the coaching contract included in this pack 
•  Schedule your face-to-face and/or Zoom Coaching sessions
•    Complete the coaching worksheets included in this pack 

WEEKLY

•  Review your Life Coach Plan and your focus goals  
•  Track your progress using the tracker provided with this pack 
•  Complete your Coaching Review 

DAILY

•  Continue to work on your action steps as laid out in your plan 
•  Record progress and feelings in your journal 
•  Take 5 minutes out of your day for some gentle meditation 

WHAT WE ASK OF YOU:

• Withdraw and cancel services if necessary, and make financial transactions.
• Follow rules for appropriate behavior during group sessions
• It is not allowed of any unlawful behavior, including hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam, etc.

WHAT WE WILL DO

• Manage customer expectations, such as liability for information errors or website downtime.
• Explain your copyright rules, such as attribution, adaptation, commercial or non-commercial use, etc.
• Disable user accounts if inappropriate behavior exists.
